Zoë Basil, D.Hyp
Zoë has been practicing meditation since 2009 and mindfulness for over 5 years. She originally trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2007 with The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapists. After successfully completing the Diploma she set up a private practice and volunteered for the charity Berkshire Woman’s Aid helping clients affected by domestic abuse. Quite quickly Zoë knew she wanted to specialise in helping clients with acute anxiety and has since studied and trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques. Visit zoebasil.com for more details.
Zoë lives in Wellington, Somerset with her husband, two sons and their terribly enthusiastic border terrier – Pippa. She enjoys walking, barefoot running and reading about the latest research in neuroscience, positive psychology and philosophical perspectives from Eastern and Western traditions.
